Anyone know whats WorkTrial like and how it works ? Is that you choose where you want to work for the job centre chooses for you ?

I meant to say, is worktrial where you pick a company to work with yourself or does the Job centre pick a company for you ? anyone have any brief details on how it works or anyone participiated ?
