I'm hoping that you've not only got a phone (as mentioned in your post) but a Windows PC, or access to one, as it's a great deal easier to prepare a CV using Word (or similar software) than it is to do it on a phone.

Most versions of Word seem to come with some suitable templates included but there are more free ones available for download. See here:

(You should be able to open those templates in LibreOffice Writer, OpenOffice Writer, etc, as well as in Word).
