Nausea After And Sometime Between Workout.

I joined gym 5 days ago. but everyday i get nausea after coming home. but today i feel nausea in between my workout. i got cold on Sunday so i don't go to gym on Monday and Tuesday. i am skinny guy and my trainer also take it easy on me. i don't know why i am feeling nausea. I wake up at 6: 30 - 40 am and head to gym at 7: 5-10 am. i don't eat anything before my workout. should i eat something like fruits before going to gym?
