I've just gained my A1 assessors qualification,


Question one, put NVQ discrination into your search engine and it will give you everything you need to answer the question


Qeustion two, Standardisation meetings are required so that assessors mark each others work and we get an idea of each others way of interpreting the NVQ system this gives a standard throughout the marking process that is as near as possible the same throughout the country. Hope that helps
