Have you checked out their Bailey's Abergevenny store website and on Facebook? They talking about being excited to open their new Cardiff store. Maybe you can look at videos and get a better idea of layout etc Look like friendly family run store.

You won't take a blind bit of notice but looking companies up on Indeed to check the reviews rarely has the slightest hint of the truth. People only bother leaving reviews when they have an axe to grind. It's not representative of the realities at all.

I've accepted but not got my contract.

Abbey, you keep talking about not liking this or that, but no job is perfect, and you should know that by now. It's pointless asking us for our opinions and then telling us that colleagues, friends, whoever, have said whatever .. we're just going round in circles.
