Does anyone know of any housing schemes which help people to buy a home if they are not a first time buyer?
My story - bought a new build for a few years but due to finanacial insecurity sold it and moved back in with parents.
Now 2 years later I want to buy another home but don't have the advantage of a first time buyer. My bank won't lend too much either : D
