Hi There, I am attending an interview with a major airline for the position of flight attendant and I read that there will be role play, apparently the situation might be that a passenger desperately needs the toilet but the plane is taking off and must remain seated for a while. My question is what do I do in this situation (what if they are going to wet themselves?) Plus, If a passenger is complaining about the noise from a nearby baby crying how would you deal with that? Any advice is much appreciated.

Remains calm.
Remains friendly but authoratative.
Is Helpful.
So for the person who wants to go to the toilet you need to say that for safety reasons all passengers must remain seated until the plane takes off, but once the captain gives permission I will come and escort you to the toilet.
For the crying baby, offer to see if there is an empty seat somewhere in the plane, or maybe see if someone is willing to swap seats.
Why not go to your local library and see if there is a book about becoming a flight attendant, or perhaps about working in the airline industry which may cover it.
