I want to learn how to set up my own website with MS Front page. Does anyone know of any affordable courses or good resorces and where to get them?

Whatever you do, don't pay for any course. Everything that you'll ever need to know is already online and available for free.
The w3schools.com site is great : it gives handy tips, lists every tag and loads more.
