Help creating a diary with Outlook.

I am temping at the moment and they are gradually giving me more responsibility. Today I have been asked to manage the weekly diary.It only needs to simple, there are only 4 of us and I just need to put a daily record of who's in/out etc for am/pm. Can anyone point me in the right direction, I can ask them for help, but I'd like to try and do it on my own. Thanks.

There is help on using calendars on the Microsoft web site here

Also if you go in the Outlook product and select the Help menu option there is loads in there. You can search the help and it will go online and look for the help.
