Deducted pay for doctor appointment
3 Answers
I wonder if someone could advise me on employment law. My sister who works as a dental nurse has been deducted 3 hrs pay for a dotors appointment. Is this right?

Employers are not legally obliged to allow employees to take time off at all (whether paid or unpaid) to attend docs and dentist appointments, though most, of course, do particularly in the case of full time employees.
