Dentistry abroad

I was wondering if anyone has gone abroad for dental care (cosmetic work etc)? I'm doing an article on dentistry tourism and I'd really like to hear from anyone who's had any experience (good or bad!) with overseas dentistry.

I've got s friend who gets her teath whitened every time she goes to Thailand, it costs her about �50 and they do an excellent job. By the time she has gone for a couple of weeks holiday and paid for the whitening it works out at about the same price as having them whitened in the UK.

I am hoping to go abroad to have my teeth sorted and would appreciate it if you let me know if you hear of any good dentist. avril123 posted a question on 13/1/06 at 16.51 asking about dentistry abroad and got two good responses.
