hours between shifts

I work in Marks and Spencer full time and every tuesday night i work from 1:45pm - 9:45pm, now every other week I am asked to do the early morning shift on the wednesday which is 5:30am - 1:30pm. Now this gives me 7hrs 45mins break in between shifts, is that on?
