Hi - can anyone help, I work as a buyer for a small food company and they have asked me to draw up contract conditions for the purchase of goods. Anyone know a good website or anywhere I could get free basic format. In particular they are keen to have a clause about late delivery from suppliers which would enabling them to recover any costs incurred or fines imposed upon them by larger companies they in turn are late as a result. Please help if you can - thanks,

Rob
