I'm planning to leave my employer and set up my own business. I will be doing a similar job to what I do for my employer but externally, (I'm an internal management consultant), I will not in any way in competition with them. Where can I get advice on any legal implications as I wish to register and advertise my new business before my 6 month notice peried ends?
