Hi all, can anyone advise me on how easy it is to set up as self employed. I want to work for myself as a decorator but have always been employed. I would like to know how you start off,what you can claim for as far as tax allowances are concerned( can I claim for the home phone and mobile,use of computer etc) Also would it be wise to have an accountant to help with the books.
