Which course?

I am currently working as a secretary PA to senior managers. I already have a BA (Hons) in Lang and Lit but I'm hoping to return to college part-time in September to get a more professional qualification relating to what I do now. I would prefer something business based rather than admin skills as I don't want to study what I do day-to-day already. Any ideas what course might be suitable?
