Can anyone tell me what a KPI is, i have it on a job description but am unfamiliar with this term,

It stands for Key Performance Indicator.

KPIs are industry specific and are a set of criteria by which the organisation measures its performance and that of its employees.

i am no expert but my guess would be that it stands for key performance indictor(s)

Thanks steve you're a star,my brother (funny man that he is) thought it could be something to do with peanut inspector:(KP)
Key Performance Indicators....basically to do with monthly targets, budgets etc
