I know this is a hard one to answer, as a DJ I am often asked this. I love Hey Jude, Something and I never get bored of I am the Warus.

In my life - John

Penny Lane - Paul

Also Strawberry Fields Forever, This Boy, She Loves You, If I fell

Not one song I know, but my favorites.

I'm torn between Yes it is and this boy

A Day in The Life is my current favourite

but there are many others I never get bored of

Apparently Macca is most proud of 'Here, There & Everywhere'.

I like 'The Word' and 'No reply'
All My Loving - the pefect pop song...
true - the best bit of rythmn guitar George ever did.
I love love LOVE Eleanor Rigby.
Fool On The Hill, Ticket To Ride OR I Am The Walrus
At the moment it's A Day in the Life.

But I also love "We can work it out".

For me, it's I Saw Her Standing There it's encapsulated by that count-in "One .. two ... three ... FOUR ...!" the sheer exhuberance and excitement in McCartney's voice tells you that this is going to be one of the most exciting pieces of pop you will ever hear - and The Beatles then proceed to exceed your expectations!

This Boy

I Should've Known Better

You Gotta Hide Your Love Away

Hi fish,, I love, "She's leaving home", But I like a lot of the early stuff one of my favourites is," I Wanna hold your hand", it takes me back to my youth when you had your first girlfriend and wanting so much to hold her hand but not being able to pluck up the courage to do it,it sums it up brilliantly, what lovely memories.

Personally,I don't know if I could choose just one or two - it changes depending on my mood. One of my earliest memories is listening to 'Because' when my dad played it in the car on long trips. as a young child I found it very haunting and I grew up loving the Beatles.

Now I'm a parent and rediscovering a lot of Beatles songs through my children eyes (or ears, rather). There's the obvious ones like Yellow Submarine and Octopuss' Gfarden but they also love Being for the Benefit of Mr Kite, Hello Goodbye and oh-bla-di.oh-bla da to name but a few.The simplicity of the melodies and the imagery of the lyrics just really appeals to them.

I would never have thought of "All my Loving", but, yeah, what a good song!

My favourites are "Day in the Life", "Fool on the Hill", "Long & Winding Road" and "Something".

Between PennyLane and Hey Jude for me!
here comes the sun
i am the walrus or dear prudence oh and while my guitar gently weeps

Ooh, tough question. For me, it's between Revolution, Let it Be, I Saw Her Standing There and I Will.

Having said that, if the second 'side' of Abbey Road' counts as one long song, that takes the honour in my book.

tough one there are so many, but i have to say ' in my life ' is my fav, ' i saw her standing there ' i loved in my youth, my old man was what you would call a fanatic, owned everything beatles, had all their solo stuff and always pontificated george was under rated his whole career. i also think 'get back' and 'paperback writer' are classics.
