jamaica.. is it difficult for 2 uk citezens to get a vis and a job? how do we go about it?

both myself and my boyfriend have just had a fab week in negril, jamaica (a long way to go for a week) we have also spent several weeks in antigua.
we absoloutly love the caribbean. the people were lovely, the diving and snorkelling were great and everyone loved there jobs - having come back to my office job, in the cold, with bland food and bad weather i was wondering
a - is it hard to get a visa to work in jamaica?
b - how to go about the above?
c - does anyone know of any vacancies on the islands?

You can't get a work visa for Jamaica unless you've got a firm job offer from an employer. Under Jamaican law, employers are obliged to give priority to suitably qualified Jamaican nationals before considering non-Jamaican applicants. So, unless you've got skills which are in short supply in Jamaica, you won't get an offer of employment.
