WHY - is because this sad weirdo had a brief conversation with a girl on a train and now wants to make contact. If she had been interested, he would have her details. As it is, she was probably only being polite and wishing to hell that he would stop pestering her.

i would think it incredibly creepy if a bloke tried to hunt me out like this

i suggest you just go about your business in the same areas she will be and hope to bump into her.
