why is when ppl who do no work but suck suck up to the bosses get paid more than the real grafters?! i wrk my ass of 6 days a week n get �4.25 a hour.... someone who does the same job as me, but less days gets paid �12.11 a hour.... and another does even less and gets �7.51!! this is seriously wrong! is there anything I can do to get paid like this!?

maybe you get a pay rise with age/experience? You must be fairly young as that is the minimum wage for under 21 year olds ... i would expect that as you gain experience, your pay will go up. What is it you do? How do you know the others' wages?

im a trainne assistant manager (this is how i know ppls pay)... im nineteen worked there since i was 16 .... my name has nothing to do with jealousy. its just a nickname that has stuck. also how would u kno if i have a attitude. i just beleive that ppl should be rewarded for there hard work. not because they lick a$$ or because they are dating another boss!

yea.. i kno everything that a assistant manager is to kno. i help sort wages etc. this is how i found out others wages. its not jus me who is concerned about it thou
