If you were to take some time out to travel, and work whilst you do so, where would you go? So far on my list i've only really got California, as i really want to experience working in a bar there and i could tie it in with the Burning Man festival, also maybe Sweden as well. Just need some more ideas really! Thanks!

Why don't you look at i-to-i.com they organise trips all over doing voluntary work?

Working (legally) in California is alas a no-no unless you are highly skilled. Bar work doesn't count.

Australia and Canada have working holiday visas if you are young enough.
