can u tall me what breaks i am allowed, what should my hourly rate be, and can i claim for uniform?

Therefore, I would suggest a break every five minutes or so - to avoid RSI (Regular Spontaneous Ignition).
As for hourly rate, charge what you think the market will pay... say, 43 or 44p per hour.
Finally, YOU are the cause of MRSA... you should not travel in your uniform (and certainly not shout about it).
