Vintage car bonnet mascot.

I have recently purchased a bonnet mascot for my 1929 Humber 16/50. It is a gneric mascot, not assigned to any one car manufacturer.
It is of Mercury/Hermes.
BUT.....
It has two items missing.
The left arm is down, and holds a staff (missing) which I think would have snakes curled around it.
The right arm is raised, which I am told holds a torch - also missing.
Does anyone out there have any images/sketches/suggestions for what these missing items would look like, or where I might find an image on the web??
