What am I worth?

I am currently studying for a specialist paralegal qualifi)mcation and will continue to work at the firm of solicitors I work for now once qualified. The firm is in a large town and employs about 50 people. As we do not currently have any qualified paralegals working within the firm could anyone advise me as to what sort of salary I could hope to be paid when I (hopefully) qualify. Thanks x
