Dreaming, went to see my advisor for lone parents. You will get a lump sum for getting back into work, �40. a week for a year. If you are getting child tax credits you will be able to keep getting that and you will get working tax credits as well. 1 month of council tax benefit, 1 month oh housing/mortgage payment. start my new job on 25th.

Hi whyme. Thanks for your answer. I contacted Job Centre today, as I couldnt get through last week. Just to let them know of my change of circumstances. So was still a bit in the dark as to how things will work out.

Also rang Child Credit to find out if I would be eligible for working tax credit.
