I need to produce a jingoistic poster for British History. I don't want to do the regular tea, cadburys thing etc. For the 'British Empire' it's like from the 1800s-1900s. Could I do British fashion? What would I draw? TIA x

You could work the fashion line into the famous Kitchener "Your Country Needs You" poster. Or perhaps a Victorian gown with the model wearing one of those pith helmets - the sort everyone wore in Carry On Up The Khyber. And carrying a musket. And a bandolero.
