1. What the problem or issue was
2. What you did
3. What the outcome was
Keep talking about "me" the whole time ("I decided to do this", "I solved the problem by doing that") - if other people were involved just pretend it was mainly you - and you shouldn't go wrong.
Good luck!

Make sure you do your homework. Research the company, so that you are confident when asked questions about it, which you no doubt will. Also be yourself - if you really can't answer the question, say so -I'm sure you'll be respected for your honesty.
Specific examples can be used from everyday life, so think about something that may relate to it in your life and use that as an example. Last but not least - think about them at the breakfast table, half asleep in their pyjamas - they're human beings like you, so relax - and enjoy!!! - Good Luck

Hi. I've recently been to several interviews. My uncle owns a large and successful business. He's a tough guy to please and knows what he's talking about and his tips to me were:
- Stay calm and relaxed. If you're nervous you tend to mess up you're answers. If you feel nervous it shows.
- Believe in yourself. Believe you can do the job and you're the best they're going to find. This helps the nerves go away and employers love the confidence that will shinne through.
- Give a firm hand shanke even if they don't put out their hand first (again shows confidence).
- Maintain eye contact. Obviously don't stare them out, lol.
- Sit with your thumbs showing or the palms of your hands. Subconciously this shows that you're being honest and you're confident. They should pick up on this without even realising it.
