im an registered nurse and recently went for an interview for a community nurse post. didnt get the job but on feed back interviewer said although i came across confident and well motivated and had the clinical skills i could have expanded on my interpersonal skills. help im not sure what she meant. any advice

I thought interpersonal skills were all about how you interact with others, communication skills, team work, problem solving, how you deal with things such as conflict etc.
