Depends want you want to do and at what level or age you are proposing to get in. Give us a clue about that and some of us will give you a view. The RM are the amphibious fighting force of the Navy, something equivalent to the Paras are within the Army. You need a higher fitness level and personal skills to be successful in application

5 great years in the RAF ... straight from school at 17 ... good training, great friends made, bit of travel, good social scene ... minus points ... you could go to war, can be hard to integrate when you leave (especially from purely combatant roles) ... they will all tell you without fail they are the best but in the RAF you do your trade 1st and a fighting role 2nd ( unless you join the regiment, as a pilot etc) ... the army or navy means you are a soldier or sailor 1st, then a tradesman 2nd ... well thats my experience anyway ... visit the careers offices (take some of the hype with a pinch of salt) ask others for info and make your own mind up ... good luck in whatever you choose ...
