well, the earliest you can start nursing is 17, so add 3 years to that, then spend about 8 years minimum working your way up, then if you can find a vacancy and can prove you have what it takes, i would say 28 would be the absolute earliest age.
theatre sister is a very demanding job, wouldnt do myself.
