Wage Overpayment from ex employer
I left my previous employment 3 months ago I have received a letter this week stating that they overpaid my holiday entitlement by 450 and that they want the money back, this was an error on their part and I did not realise I had been overpaid until just receiving this letter. As it was 3 months ago I have now spent the money. I have offered to pay it back at 20.00 a month but they have sent a further letter requesting me to fill in an income and expenditure form together with 3 wage slips from my new employment. As this is their error can they force me to tell them personal information especially as I have offered to pay them back. What do I do next please help?

They really won't want to take you to court for it, too much hassle and so forth, plus you've already offered t pay them so they'll likely accept your offer. Be quite "take it or leave it" with them and see how you go.
