Thank you for the advice you gave me a few days ago about case for tribuinal, i have taken the decision to with draw my resignation and i am waiting for a meeting with hr and my boss,as yet i have not returned to work,hr stated in a letter that they were unaware of any medical problems or isssues that i had,but i have found the letter from the works doctor to them advising of the problems and that help should be othered,as i said before none has ever been offered in fact my manager told me to stop whinging for help .thing is my boss knew how stressed i was getting declined help and hr k new that a second meeing with doctor was requested but this never happened is it worth all the hasle of getting things sorted thanks gypsy
