free touch typing online courses

okay, so i really want to know how to touch type, because i type really slowly, and really badly (as you can tell). anyway, i was wondering if anyone knew of any free touch typing courses, online or downloadable. doesnt matter, aslong as i learn to touch type.

I learnt to touch type many years ago with a book I borrowed from the library. It may be worth your while looking there as well.
