I am due to return to work full time on 2nd Jan after having a year off on Maternity Leave.

A couple of months back I requested a change of hours, which was declined, however was offered job share which after thinking about declined.

I decided to return full time, however now I think I have made a mistake and want to do the job share.

As you can only apply for change of hours once a year, is there anyway of changing it?
