Yes!!!!
there are qualified nurses on duty 24/7

yes, but you may have to wait a while for a call back. Ive known people wait up to 6 hours for a call back late in eves.
It really depends what the call is about as to where in the queue they put you. Ive always found them very helpful though.

Thanks guys have rung them now am just waiting for a call back.. no doubt they will call when i am doing a school run at 11:30!! Maybe i should have been more sensible and rung after the school run... never mind don't think of these things till after.

I rang them one night with a problem and they said to expect a call in the next five hours as its not a nurse that takes the original call just an operator, I was woken at 4.00am!!
