Sorry caz

caz1975, sorry I got your sex wrong. User names make it hard to guess.
noxlumos: You must have had a hangover this morning. The only thing you got right was my not going to University. I had to go to work for a living. I do not give out personal insults, I only tell it straight from the shoulder, if you can't handle it, tough.
Not every one disagrees with me.

Yes but not everyone agrees with you all the time either. Also, sometimes people may agree out of sympathy and kindness, lots of kind & generous folk here on AB you know.
Its ok though, despite being a greenie/newbie and standing out like a sore thumb, you shouldn't feel alone on AB, just try to end your posts with smileys like this :) and you'll soon be popular.

I don't get hangovers dunghog, however had I been more sober I wouldn't have dignified your gratuitous attack on single parents with a response of any kind. You're only getting this because I'm bored and it's always fun to put self opinionated Muppets in their place. So you looked after your kids on your own, well hail the conquering hero, I'm thoroughly speechless at you prowess as a parent.NOT.
Lots of people do it, myself included at the moment, and before you ask no I've never claimed any sort of benefit in my life, but no shame on those people who have had to. Get over yourself.

straight from the shoulder eh?
ok.
well i went to college - a few times - because i could!
I am loaded and didn't have to go straight to a job from school because my mum and dad were loaded and supported me.
i had an absolute ball - i did my college work sure, but i also had nothing but a laugh. ha ha.
we laughed our heads off as we arsed around and generally lived life to the fullest, watching the stiffs is suits, or the labourers looking so miserable that their faces nearly fell off.
now i swan around, a lady of leisure, because i am so well educated, i started a business and pay other people to actually run it and reap the rewards.
i get up at midday, champagne breakfast, and then spend the afternoon laughing my tits off at misery guts like you with a chip on your shoulder because your jealous you didn't get to have fun when you were younger.
thems the breaks.
just because you are bitter that other people have had more opportunities in life, don't expect everyone to feel sorry for you. Thats the way life is.
you seem to have an ok life from what you said so why you are so down on any one who appears to have followed a different path to you i don't know...judging by your apparent bitterness it seems they made the right choices.
i may not have worked 40 hours a day downt mill, for fuppence every 4 years, and maybe i didn't live in a shoebox in middle o' road, and maybe my dad never chopped me in two with a bread knife - but that doesn't make you better than me.
....just shooting from the shoulder

gundog, there may be an element of truth in some things you say but you can not tar everone with the same brush, your rant about single mothers for example, thousands of single mothers dont claim benifit, and many have no option but to claim , as regards to your bragging about paying tax, what do you want a medal, millions of people pay tax, not just you, telling it from the shoulder is ok on an anonymous web site, wonder if you would be so arrogant and insulting face to face, i doubt it , your sort never are. by the way you are not the only one bringing children up either.
