Can you tell me please what Performance Management is like in your organisation? Can it be improved in any way? Any other comments would be very much appreciated.
it is the website of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development and there is a great deal of information on there including the results of surveys which they have carried out. You may receive more information by sending questionairres to the human resourses departments of companies together with a covering letter explaining what you are doing than posting on a site such as this.
