memo help

I'm am about to issue some expensive equip to staff at work and i need to write a memo to them, stating the equip they are being given and serial no's, so far no probs, the next part should be easy but i've got stuck i need something along the lines of please take good care of goods they are to be return in good working condition, if anything breaks to get repairs sorted asap etc etc, but a bit more official sounding can any help thanks
