Answer to Q1:
At least 5 GCSE (A-C0 passes, including English, Maths and a science subject. Plus 3 A-levels in science subject or mathematics. The required A-level grades are typically an A and two Bs.
Answer to Q2:
3 years for the degree course, plus onefurther year of work-based study.
Answer to Q3:
