I have exams coming up and I just cannot seem to get motivated let alone revise. Does anybody know a good incentive to revise or any good revision tips??

- highlight key words in text or underline them -
- write out key facts on postcards
- post it notes are great for language - stick them round the house
- play classical music whilst doing it - the beats mimic your brain wave making it easier to take things in
- eat plenty of fresh fruit - snack on grapes and berries etc
- drink water
- take breaks
- reward yourself
- negoiate with your parents rewards for grades your acheieve- eg �150 for an A* etc
- relax and remember this effort will set you up for life
- if in doubt what you'll do next speak to your careers adviser

Highlight the main points from all your notes to get rid of the meaningless stuff then filter out all the important bits and write them in a notebook. You can then go through that with a highlighter and highlight the points that you didn't already know or had forgotten, that way you will see the main areas that you are toiling at.
