You need to be physically fit to be a police officer - the hours are long, and occasional physical conflict can occur so -

no heart condition
no obesity
no extreme myopia
no physical disability

that's just a general off-the-cuff list - if you are considering applying, I am sure your local station could give you some additional advice.
