can anybody help me with my essay ??

I'm really starting to lose the plot! Got to hand in a 4000 word report on friday (my own fault for leaving it till last minute - ill learn) Rite, im doing a work 'related' research project, talking about the advertising industry, in particular the creative sector, i have to describe what the job entails the skills needed etc...im fine with that part - now i have to link in academic theory in paricular behaviourist theory i.e.pavlov, thorndike now thats where im struggling, bet its proper simple, but i cant get my head around the fact that my project is work 'related' ive not carried out ANY work experience so how can i reflect on what ive learnt?? i.e talkin about a 'change in behaviour' or 'experiential learning' (i.e. kolb) which is a biggie I have to include!!! Pleeeease dont think im askin for answers (that wud be cheating lol) just a bit of guidence if anyone (students) have done a similar project...thanks very much xxx BTW sorry for the boring topic but I cant think of ANYWHERE else to ask for help!!
