when do you think that a employee should draw the line when he or she suffers bullying and harrassment at work.
Tried to ignore the problem for too long and knowing that a suspention was only around the corner. I have been on my guard for 3 months now.Helas my time came.
Is it lawful to suspend someone on the ground of been unreasonnable and not listening then only to hear the next day through head office a suspention was given for a another reason that is unknown to me????????
