I've just passed my class 2 HGV. Got a steady van drivers job and am looking round but EVERYWHERE wants at least two years expereince !! Tried agencies and they've all advised not to leave my job as they cannot guarantee work for newly qualified drivers. Can't do weekends because of taco hours and seeing the kids every other weekend. Any advice out there??????
