Need hiring suggestions

I have been applying for jobs for over a year now in the U.S. and cannot seem to find one. I am currently enrolled at a very well known college and I am half way to getting my Bachelors degree but, the only replies I get are from companies that want me to sell their product or someone else's product. Any suggestions would be nice. Thank you all.
