does anyone use this and is it easy ti pick up? i use another information management system and want to move to a job requiring sims.net knowledge. would my skills be transferrable or is it very specialised requiring in depth training?

My employer went over to SIMS.net a couple of years ago. Whenever I have been required to do something very specific in a short space of time, some intranet help sheets have been supplied or brief training has been given. Other than that I have just learnt as I have gone along. I haven't got much experience of other systems, so it is difficult to make a comparison.
I am sure they will have some sort of induction programme to "get you up to speed" when you start the job.
