I worked for a company via an agency for six months, my employ was then transfered to the company proper on six months trial, after four months my contract was withdrawn and I left the company. During this time pay negotiations took place and a pay increase was agreed after I left. Am I entitled to the pay rise for the time I was there?

Probably but you will have to contact them in writing and make a request for your backpay.
Why would you be entitled to a pay rise that was actually implemented after you left?? If a pay increase occurs there will be a date that the rise is effective from. If you left before that date, then no, you aren't entitled to it, even if the negotiations took place while you were still there.
Sasha 13- I assume the payrise was backdated to a date before Jethro left. I doubt the company has to pay it unless contract says so.
