The company I work for has decided to close the building over the Christmas period. Myself and a colleague were due to work but they have said we arent able to now as certain people from the company we work for wont be present and its company policy they have to be here, neither of us has any holidays left so we are currently waiting to see how we are going to have this time off, i.e unpaid.....Officially can they make us take time off unpaid if we are willing to work? Its Christmas and we will need the money!! Thanks
