97 year old Scouse Grandad had become a bit too frail for his family to manage him and so with much reluctance they decided to put him into a n Old folks Home.
However there were no places available at any of the homes in Liverpool and nearest place with a vacancy was in Manchester.So off he went.
4 weeks later the family managed to travel over and vist him.
"How's the new home,Grandad? "they asked.
"Brilliant" he replied,"Everyone is so nice and polite,for instance there is one chap here who was a Concert Violinist,hasn't played for 30 years yet the staff still call him Maestro,then there is a retired Dentist who hasn't worked for 35 years and they still address him as
Doctor ,
I haven't had sex for 29 years,yet they still address me as that F*****g Scouser !! "
